Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), the Steam version of the game on DirectX 11, and the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime most gaming PCs already have.
Download the official release and drop it next to ThugLyfe-Win64-Shipping.exe. About five minutes.
Extract SciroccoThugsModsv1.rar and copy its Mods folder into the same Win64 folder.
Start the game, press F6 and F9, and look for a few lines in UE4SS.log that prove every mod loaded.
Each mod lives in its own folder, has its own config.ini with every setting explained, and can be switched off on its own.

F7 is deliberately left free. The F5, F6 and F9 keys can be changed in each mod's settings.
Grab the pack straight from this site or from my Google Drive mirror. The mirrors live on my own paid Google Drive account and I upload every file to them myself, so I can guarantee they're safe and secure. Google's servers may also give you faster download speeds.
UE4SS itself always comes from its official GitHub page, never from a re-upload.
