The pack doesn't include UE4SS. Install that first, following Install UE4SS, then install the pack.

UE4SS 3.0.1

The mod loader the pack runs on. It's free and open source (MIT licence), made by the UE4SS-RE team, and it's never re-uploaded here: get it from its official GitHub release so you know it's the real thing.

Pick UE4SS_v3.0.1.zip, not the zDEV developer edition or an experimental build. Why exactly 3.0.1?
